By submitting this form, you agree AND understand that ALL booths must be setup and manned between the hours of 10am-5pm on both days of the festival. Please do NOT dismantle prior to close of festival at 5pm Sunday, 5/16/10. Booths will be setup in the exhibit hall unless an outdoor space is required & requested with registration.
