BhaktiSea Kirtan is a Charleston based kirtan group featuring guitar, harmonium, flute, percussion and vocals. Kirtan is often referred to as a 'sound meditation' or 'the yoga of sound'. Using ancient Sanskrit mantras, kirtan calls upon sacred energies which serve to quiet the mind, remove obstacles, and bring us back to the center of our being. BhaktiSea holds regular kirtans throughout SC and is available for special events (info@bhaktisea.com or 843-259-1428).

Latin guitarist Cristóbal brings an original, fresh sound that delights and entertains audiences. Originating from the Southwest, Cristóbal developed his own unique, contemporary style inspired by his Latin roots. His debut CD, “Guitarra Contenta”, combines the styles of Brazilian jazz, Latin rock and salsa and includes sambas, Latin funk, smooth grooves, as well as exotic, Middle Eastern sounds.
