New Kundalini Yoga Class on Johns IslandJan 31, 2020 04:03PM ● By Toni Conover
Ravi Sirona (Erin Sirona), will be offering weekly Kundalini yoga classes along
with meditations, healthy eating classes and more at Remedy Wellness on Johns
Island, at 7 p.m. Wednesdays and 9 to 10:15 a.m. Saturdays, beginning the
second week of February. Classes are open level.
yoga is a powerful practice and technology. There are more than 9,000 kriyas (sets of postures, breathwork and
meditation) that help balance the body and mind. The focus may include
balancing the endocrine system, anxiety and depression; detoxing the liver;
tuning up the adrenals; or many other aspects of health. This energizing and
relaxing practice includes mantra
(sound), mudras (hand positions), pranayama (breathwork) and asanas (postures).
